There should be an ink-jet cartridge re-manufacturing sweat shop (or few) somewhere in Down. Who else provides the office supply stores with all those generic, refilled cartridges?

Ha! You fell for it! Inkjet cartridges these days are completely empty. They have been ever since electric paper was perfected twenty years ago.

They still cost eighty bucks, tho'.

Actually, it's more along the lines that there ought to be sweat shops in Down, no matter what they're producing.

Can one recycle electric paper? And what happens when you don't pay your utility bills? Do they come reposess it all?
